Andy began his career in strategy consulting, working at organisations such as Accenture and Citigroup.
He later moved into leadership roles within startups and digital businesses, including taking a venture through to exit, advising global organisations such as Google, Unilever, and The Coca-Cola company.
More recently, he worked within the climate tech and impact space, advising on commercial strategy and go-to-market approach — experience that now informs his coaching and commentary on the climate talent landscape.
Alongside his professional work, Andy has completed sustainability-focused education with the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
